Once cleared by your physician, we tailor your workouts to match your abilities and support your changing body throughout pregnancy.



For postpartum clients, we partner with pelvic floor physical therapist Meredith Rassam, who performs internal assessments to evaluate muscle strength after childbirth. Your fitness program is based on those results and updated every six weeks to safely progress your recovery and strength.
