Our HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) classes are designed for all fitness levels—and we truly mean all. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or you're a seasoned athlete, every session is built to challenge you safely and effectively.

These 50-minute classes combine cardio, strength training, and core work using a fun, circuit-style format. Each workout is different, so you’ll never get bored—and your body won’t either. Expect a motivating group atmosphere, plenty of high fives, and a full-body burn that boosts endurance, builds strength, and elevates your mood.

Each HIIT class at Be Healthy Personal Trainer delivers a high-energy, supportive environment where every participant feels empowered to succeed. You'll experience circuit-based training that targets cardio, strength, and core—all with expert guidance and multiple modifications to meet your needs, including wheelchair-friendly options. Every workout is different, bringing new challenges and variety to keep you engaged. Whether you're feeling at your peak or need a lower-impact session, our trainers will help you make the most of it. Best of all, HIIT classes are included in all 1:1 and semi-private training memberships.
