At Be Healthy, we believe that fitness is for everyone—and our small group fitness classes led by Exercise Physiologist Jennifer Weidemann are designed to prove just that.
Jennifer brings years of experience and clinical knowledge to every session. Each participant begins with a personalized assessment, allowing Jennifer to develop customized fitness programs that match individual needs, capabilities, and goals. From there, clients are guided through their workouts in a group setting—with Jennifer actively supervising and supporting everyone throughout the class.
Classes are held Tuesday Evening and Saturday Mornings.

These small group classes are open to adults of all physical abilities. Whether you use an assistive device or are fully mobile, you’ll find a welcoming environment where everyone trains side by side.
