VIRTUAL 1:1 TRAINING

We offer daily 1:1 personal training and weekly semi private virtual classes.


Our trainers have created unique online workouts that change week to week. We offer traditional strength and conditioning, cardio intensive, kickboxing, tabata, yoga, stretching and bootcamp. Each class takes into consideration your limitations and requests.


Our virtual classes are not only safe and effective, but they are also convenient for busy clients. A chair, bands, small free weights (we accept cans and detergent bottles as well) and a mat are all you need to maximize your virtual training experience with us.
