Nutrition Guidance

No one likes to discuss nutrition. However, it is a requirement for weight loss and joint health. We work with all dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, kosher, and broccoli haters). Be in control of every aspect of your life, including what and how much you put into your body. 

CustomizeD Workout

Based on your comprehensive evaluation, an individualized program is created for you. Whether you want to increase bone density, improve stability, gain strength or lose weight, we tailor programming to these goals. We also provide guidance for frequency, duration, and intensity inside and outside the gym.

Community & Support

We have all been there, the blank gym stare. Nobody has time for this, so we eliminate your frustration by writing you a gym program. When this is not enough, your trainer is accessible for support and coaching in order to keep you on track. If you lack consistency, you will not be successful, so we are here to guide you.

WHAT IS A HEALTH COACHING PROGRAM?

Health coaching programs are designed to help you develop and maintain healthy habits in your day-to-day life. We offers a variety of programs that can be customized to suit your needs no matter what they are!


You will work with a health coach who is trained in exercise, nutrition, mindfulness, and stress management. The program will be tailored to your needs based on your goals and preferences and will take into account any medical conditions or limitations you may have. Your coach will provide personalized feedback about what you should eat for breakfast or how often you should go for a run.


Be Healthy Personal Trainer will help you to make your overall health a priority, whether it be through nutrition counseling or physical training.
